Tri-Cities One-Stop Career Centers offer general resources available to the public for the purpose of seeking jobs, training, or education. In addition, we offer resources specifically for career development and job seekers.


General Resources

We offer general resources available to the public for the purpose of seeking jobs, training, or education. These include:


  • Computers with Internet access and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Phone for employer contact, E-fax and Scanner services (Newark) and faxing (Fremont) for job search purposes.
  • Eastbay Works Online with Virtual Recruiter.
  • Text and Video Career Resource Library of various employment and training topics.
  • Community resources information and daily local newspapers.
  • Assistance in researching colleges and universities, vocational, and other specialized training institutions.
  • Auxiliary aids and services available to individuals with disabilities.
